Key holding
Weekly unoccupied property inspections including: Security, locks, blinds, windows and alarm.
Maintenance checks including: Leaks/plumbing, damp/smells, air-conditioning, pests, pool and garden condition.
Our team will, if necessary liaise with any maintenance, plumber, electrician, locksmith, security and urbanization staff.
Collection of mail from mailbox and to re-direct if necessary.
Cleaning services include: Preparation clean, maid service, changeover clean and departure clean can be available upon request.
We will provide a full inventory of your property, laundry list and recommended items list. (if applicable)
Full area information and appliance instructions provided for the information folders placed in the property for guests perusal.
A meet and greet service which is helpful to the guests, also for any questions or queries that they may have, this ensures that their stay runs as smoothly as possible.
We also provide shopping packs for the early or late arrivals or for clients that just don't want to think about shopping straight away, no need to rush out to the shops.

Welcome Packs can be tailor made for any special requirements, items include : Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, butter, eggs, bread, cereal, juice, Jam, water, wine, beer and cava.
